Once payment is confirmed, we require 1 to 4 business days to process your order, perform quality checks (where applicable), pack, and ship your items.

2. Shipping Methods

We partner with various carriers and postal services to provide the best value and speed. You can choose between:

Standard Shipping: A cost-effective option with regular delivery times.
Expedited/Express Shipping: For those who want their new gadgets as soon as possible.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the product weight and the destination ZIP code. Any Free Shipping promotions will be applied according to the rules displayed on our website's main banner.

4. Order Tracking

Transparency is key. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to monitor every step of the delivery to your doorstep.

5. Delivery Times

The total delivery time is the sum of our processing time plus the carrier's estimated transit time. This timeframe is provided in business days during checkout.

Please Note: External factors such as strikes, extreme weather conditions, or regional holidays may cause occasional delays.

6. Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned to us for this reason, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.

7. Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging to ensure it is sealed and in perfect condition. If you notice any signs of tampering or damage to the box, refuse the delivery and contact our support team immediately.

Return & Exchange Policy

At AlphaGadget, we stand behind the quality of our tech. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy is designed to be straightforward and fair, ensuring you can shop with confidence.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging, including all boxes, manuals, cables, and accessories.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Defective or Damaged Items (Warranty)

If your gadget arrives damaged or develops a technical fault, please notify us immediately.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover accidental damage (drops/spills), unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
RMA Process: All returns for defective goods require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before being sent back.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Email our support team at alphagadgetstores@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the item.
If approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and the specific return shipping address.
Securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit.

4. Shipping Costs

Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, AlphaGadget will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
Change of Mind: For standard returns (buyer's remorse), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

5. Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

6. Restocking Fee

Please note that a restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to returns that are missing original packaging or show signs of minor use, at the discretion of AlphaGadget.
